Qingdao Moen Sports Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") respects and protects user privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you visit this website (moensoft.com, the "Site") or contact us through it. Please read it carefully before using the Site.

The Site is a static informational website. It has no registration, login or online submission forms. If you contact us by email at support@moensoft.com, we will receive:

• any name, organisation, job title or telephone number you choose to include;
• any other content or attachments you send us.

You may choose not to provide this information, but we may then be unable to reply.

1.2 Information generated automatically when you visit

When you visit the Site, the server hosting it may automatically record technical log information in order to keep the service secure and available:

• IP address;
• time of access;
• requested page address and response status;
• browser type and operating system identifiers.

These logs are generated automatically by the server and our hosting provider (Tencent Cloud). We review and use them only to the extent necessary to diagnose faults and prevent security risks.

1.3 No tracking cookies

The Site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking, and it does not embed third-party advertising, analytics or social plugins.

1.4 Data processing in our client software and mobile apps

This section applies to all client software and mobile applications we provide (including but not limited to Windows desktop software, HarmonyOS apps and iOS apps, such as MoenCleaner and Debt Book). All products follow the same "minimum collection" principle:

• Free features collect no personal data: no registration, no sign-in, no telemetry; core features run offline.
• Local data: data generated during use (such as cleanup records or debt data) is stored only on your device by default and is not uploaded, unless you actively use a feature that requires network access.
• Accounts and payments: only when you actively register, subscribe or activate do we receive, over an encrypted connection, your mobile number and order information, for account identification, licensing and after-sales support. No unrelated personal data is collected.
• No content is read: the software never reads or uploads your file contents or input.
• Product-specific notices: if a product needs to collect additional information (for example crash diagnostics, and only with your explicit consent), this will be explained and consented to separately within that product.
• Uninstall and account deletion: you may delete local data during uninstall; you may request account deletion in the app or via support, after which the relevant personal information will be deleted within a reasonable period.

2. How We Use Information

• to reply to your enquiries, partnership discussions or technical support requests;
• to perform agreements reached with you or your organisation;
• to keep the Site and related services secure, available and free from abuse;
• to comply with legal obligations or with lawful requests from regulators or courts.

We do not use this information for purposes unrelated to the above.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide your information to third parties except in the following cases:

• Service providers. The Site is hosted on a cloud provider's servers, so relevant data may be stored on that provider's infrastructure. Such providers may only process data within the scope of their service.
• Legal requirements. Where required by laws, regulations or mandatory requests from judicial or administrative authorities.
• With your consent. Where you have given us explicit consent.

4. Storage and Protection

• Location. The Site's servers are located within mainland China.
• Retention. Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above. Once that period ends, we delete or anonymise it.
• Security measures. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transmission, access controls and server log auditing. Please note, however, that no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Your Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to:

• access, correct or supplement information you have provided to us;
• request deletion of information you have provided;
• withdraw consent you have previously given;
• raise questions or complaints about how personal information is handled.
