These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are entered into by Qingdao Moen Sports Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") in respect of your access to and use of this website (moensoft.com, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

• The Site does not provide online transactions, registration or payment functions. Its content does not constitute an offer or commitment.

This section applies to all software products we release through this Site or distribute via the Windows, HarmonyOS, iOS and other app stores (for example MoenCleaner and Debt Book). Product-specific notices inside each product prevail where applicable.

• Scope of licence: subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may not resell, rent out or reverse engineer it, except where permitted by law.
• Subscriptions and payments: prices, billing periods and refund policies are those shown on the purchase page inside each product. Purchases made through third-party app stores are also subject to that platform's rules, and refunds follow the platform's process.
• Accounts and devices: paid products may require an account for licensing and support; the number of devices and re-binding rules are set out in the product documentation.
• Updates and support: we may provide updates from time to time but do not guarantee long-term support for every historical version; a purchased version remains usable before it is retired.
• Free features: free features of each product may be used on a long-term basis. We reserve the right to adjust their scope within reasonable limits, without affecting rights you have already purchased.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, layout, graphics and other content of the Site are the intellectual property of Qingdao Moen Sports Technology Co., Ltd. or the relevant rights holders.
